Dean Graziosi Scam Review
Dean Graziosi reviews the different scams that are circulating the internet. Whether you think know about common scams on the internet or even have read that Dean Graziosi is a scam, Dean Graziosi can bring some light into this dark issue.
Definition of Scam:
By definition, a scam is a fraudulent business scheme or illegal or unscrupulous business operation.
No matter what line of business you run, you are likely to find scams on your field. Scams are not only limited to the internet but some of the most popular scams are found on the internet. Since the internet makes it possible for a scam artist to reach literally millions of people, it has become a place where a lot of scams are created every day. That is why some of the common types of scam types are found on the internet.
Dean Graziosi Reviews What Makes Something A Scam?
This is a question that Dean Graziosi gets asked frequently: “how do you know if this is a scam?.” Below you will find answers to this question and different cases of scam types.
Dean Graziosi give s you tips to be able to tell if something in particular can be a scam.
How do you know if a review site is for real or a scam itself?
A lot of good businesses have been a victim or scam. And this is not only the scam type where someone gets robbed. There are many websites on the internet that have been created by unscrupulous people to either give another person or company a bad mane or to use their name in order to get a visitor to buy something else. This type of scam is highly common on so called “review sites”.
The Truth About Review Sites
It is unbelievable how people manipulate review sites in order to give another product or service a bad name so that you don’t buy from them and instead chose the product that they are promoting. This works by deceive the visitor that goes to the fake review site and making them believe that a product or service is a scam in order for them to buy their product or the one they are advertising.
Another type of this scam is when people who have not purchased a certain product or service use popular review sites and post negative comments about a certain brand in order to discredit them.
Most internet users may not be aware that manipulating reviews is also a form of scam itself. They read the reviews that are placed on these phony review sites and are so horrified by the negative comments that they see about the original product that they buy the alternative one without even researching it first!
How can you tell if a review site is a scam?
It is important to be clear about sites that call themselves review sites. A real review site usually allows post from customers who have actually bought the product. They also present at the top of the page an example of a good and a bad review. They are unbiased and often number the number of reviews found for a particular product and different levels that users have rated them.
There are many ways to know if a review site is a scam. One of the first things that the visitor will notice is that the language used on the different posts is over aggressive and over qualifies the product in questions as a scam. Additionally, these sites just use a string of posts that goes on and on without giving the product a general calcification not listing how many reviews are found on the site.
The creator of the site will get the visitors interest by making a so called review site about a certain product, book or service. These scam review sites use fake angry reviews in order to discredit one product and promote another one. Unfortunately the creating of fake review sites is a very common practice on the internet to get visitors that are looking for information about a certain kind of product to buy another one.
A person visits the fake review site hoping to find unbiased information from other users but often find that the product, service or book that he is looking for. As the visitor starts reading the fake reviews he or she will notice that they are all negative, aggressive and call the product in questions scam. Then as the visitor continues reading he or she is presented with another offer.
Usually on these “scam” sites you will find the fake reviews at the beginning followed by a series of reasons of why you should use this other product, and how that other product is the solution to what you are looking for. Additionally at the end of the page you will find a series of “buy now” links that direct the visitor to buying ONLY the advertised product on that site.
Fake Review Sites Can Lead You To Scam
These reviews sites are a scam themselves. They use deceptive tactics to give information that is not real to the visitor and allure them into buying another product right there from a “buy now” link on the bottom of the site. They use fake reviews that completely call the original product a scam so that the visitor who is looking to purchase buys the alternative product presented without even thinking about it. Usually the user is so horrified by all the bad things said about the original product and find so many praises about the alternative product, that they do not stop to think and really analyze what is it that they are being sold.
Just because someone says something did not work for them does not make that product a scam. A person must be able to see all angles before deciding that a certain product is a scam. If a review site does not offer additional information about a product and its features, it is highly likely that the new product presented on this fake review site is a scam.
For example, if your original intent was to look for user reviews about a certain book, these scam sites will first provide only negative information about it. Never will you find a neutral or positive review about the book. Additionally in these sites, you will repeatedly see how the book in question is called a scam. You will find how the fake reviews are written in a way that attack every single aspect of the book in question and are aggressive about it. After making endless claims about how the book in question is a scam you will start to see how the creator of the site provides you with a miracle alternative to what you were originally looking for. This new alternative is a scam. By "scam", we include misleading, misdirected or exaggerated claims in advertising that you will now find all over the fake review site.
Then you will find that an alternative book is presented, and this new book solves all the problems from the original one. The language used explains that basically the new book has the solution to all your problems without going into details about it. Most commonly, you will also found that the alternative book is presented by ONLY the site creator, and that there are actually NO REVIEWS ABOUT IT.
Scam Review Sites: Usage of Fake Posts and Reviews
After reading the fake reviews most people would feel that they want to avoid being scammed without realizing that they are falling right into a trap!
All scam review sites rely on making negative accusations about a certain product and claiming that the product is a scam by using fake personalities, fake photos, fake template letters, non-existent addresses and phone numbers and even forged documents. Fake review sites qualify a certain product as a scam in an attempt to intentionally mislead the site’s visitors with the goal of or getting them to buy a different product from which they will benefit financially.
The creating these fake review sites and qualifying the other product aggressively as a scam, the fake review site creator tries to encourage the visitors to buy the product that is promoted in his fake site by pretending that the product he promotes is better.
A lot of the fake review sites are hosted outside America, since what they do is illegal in America.
Not Falling For The Scam
It is very easy to call someone or something a scam. It is more difficult to actually take the time to try to make yourself be a successful person. Usually people who call other a scam are people who
People who buy a certain product, it could be anything, and expect to get great results without actually doing anything are likely to call it a scam. People who are afraid to try anything and just give up after a small effort are likely to call it a scam. People who just want to get you to get a different product where they have a financial investment are likely to call the original product a scam.
Dean Graziosi’s Conclusion
Now that you are aware of how fake review sites work and how they use the word “scam” to get you to buy something else, then maybe next time you run into one of these you will take a second and think:
- Does this site over qualify a product a scam?
- Are the site’s reviews only leaning toward bad or negative?
- Is the language used on this site aggressive and angry?
- Are all the reviews negative about a product?
- Does this site offer me an alternative product as a solution?
- Are there any real facts and features presented about the new product?
- Does the site present other reviews about the alternative product?
If you answered yes to any of the questions above then there is a big change that the review site that you are looking at is a scam. In that case we recommend that you use reviews from real sites such as Amazon. Also, use your gut feeling, if the site is too critical about something or seems shady, then chances are it is a scam. |

Late-night infomercial guy. He's written a couple of books, and has a training course. There's no obligation except $29.95 for the book (including shipping).
Anyone heard of this guy or have any experience with him?

I have one of his books, and it does have some good information. However, he STILL has an infomercial with Donald Barrett doing the "Interview". Unfortunately, that was when I put the book back on my bookshelf and haven't picked it since. I guess I could finish reading it and then give an honest critique.

Nope, never really heard of him other than one of his quotes that I use occassionally that I feel is a good quote.
Here it is;
Quote:
I now realize there are millions of self-made millionaires who started with nothing. They dug inside themselves to find the answers and they succeeded. There is nothing anyone else can do that I can't do.
~ Dean Graziosi
As always, do your due diligence. I don't know a thing about his Real Estate stuff either. I do know from past experience that most of the real estate "gurus" make ALOT of their money selling information ABOUT real estate, rather than RE itself.
There was a stat floating around I heard from a fairly reliable source, when Dave Del Dotto was screwing people into the ground with his marginal info, that it was a known fact that of all the people that purchase those kinds of programs, only about 1-2% ever actually end up buying a piece of property!
You can also get most of their real estate info & "secrets" for free at your neighborhood public library.

I saw Dean on TV and thought, oh no - here is another infomercial guy trying to take my money! But he seemed different in a genuine kind of way, so I bought his book "Your Town, Your Profits". I read it through, and liked what he had to say - but I haven't made any money yet! I may need to apply myself more to this, but I thought I was going to make money real quick... it may not be as easy as that. I suppose time will tell!

I am a wholesaler and do about 2 to 3 deals per month. I like most everyone saw the late night informercials by Dean Graziosi. I was too skeptical and finally broke down and bought the first book.
After reading it I decided to go out and give it a try. After about 3 months I had my first deal under contract and found an investor to buy my contract. I amde $2500 on my very first deal which gave me so much confidence to go out and do more.
After buyng the first Dean Graziosi book the coaching staff called me and wanted me to sign up for the coaching. I didn't have the money so they told me to just go to the Dean Graziosi message board which is FREE all the time to anyone and read read read...which I did. I asked the advanced students so so many questions and they helped me through my next few deals...all for free.
I now have a small team in place. I have my title company which closes all my assignment deals, I have my real estate attorney in place just incase I ever need her, I have my mortgage broker in place to help my clients get approved for their financing. All I lack having is a realtor because they all believe for some reason that assigning a contract is illegal...which it isn't!
My real estate attorney and title company are just flabergasted at all these realtors who want to quote laws they know nothing about. Assigning a contract for a price is not illegal. It is done everyday in all 50 states!
You own an interest in a contract and assign/sell your interest to an interested buyer and he/she closes the deal in their name.
Some people own interest in a business or a car or whatever and want to sell out their interest....they simply assign their interest in the contract for a price to an end buyer. Assigning has been going on for hundreds of years and is totally legal in all 50 states.
If realtors would read up on the law and not turn their backs on wholesalers they would make a lot of money....but the continue to live in their world of closed minded thinking and in return close out all these opportunities to make extra money.
I now make anywhere from $2000 up to an extra $8000 per month for my family.
I have never met Dean but hope to someday. I have many friends who just returned from the yearly get together Dean has for his students in Arizona. They all got to spend a few days with Dean and learn all these new techniques.
What I know of Dean is that he is a super nice little Itallian guy who loves to help people succeed. And he has gave 3 of my friends back their coaching money as soon as they completed their 5th deal. You probably see them on Deans informercials telling of their success. I know these people and they are for real.
Give Dean a chance before blasting him and his knowledge. I know I sure wouldn't have the success I have now if I had not read Deans books. He now has 3 books which is not a lot compared to these others promoting on late night TV.
Deans does deals daily and writes his books so he is very active in the business.

I ordered his book profit from real estate and when asked i spent like $9 extra bucks to get it rushed delivered to my house. It still took a week and that pissed me off. I wanted to start reading it immediately to see if it was good or not. I got over being pissed because it is a good book. But aren't hard cover books going extinct anyway? Come on man, make it digital and cheaper and let us start reading immediately.
Dean Graziosi is one of those TV infomercial guys that I cant quite figure out. I've seen him for years on TV and just figured he was another infomercial scam huckster feeding off of gullible people. But then I will see him on regular news stations or writing about real estate in the NY Times and scratch my head. Then most recently I have to say I watch his weekly video blogs at www.deangraziosi.com Here is my final conclusion. Either Dean is the best manipulator and liar on the planet or he is actually a caring guy with good material who happens to sell through infomercials. Maybe i'm just under a spell. lol

I don't usually comment on products I've purchased but feel that I need to let people know my experience with buying Dean's book off his tv commercial. I was lured in and ended up calling to order it since it was only $20. Shortly after getting the book I got a call from a company trying to sign me up for some sort of coaching which seemed rather expensive. I told the guy that "I just want the book and I'll do it myself" He and others would call rather persistently to try and persuade me. It got pretty annoying after a while that I noticed the phone # on the caller id and just stopped answering it. Part of me wants them to stop calling. The other part of me feels I don't want to miss this opportunity. I'm in a tough financial situation and that is why I called to get the book in the first place. I've finished reading his book and have tried doing what he says but I have to say that it's alot harder than he makes it sound on tv. All of his success stories in his show seemed to make it work. Either they were lucky or maybe they forked out the dough for the coaching. I don't know......I feel like I should give the coaching a try but I'm afraid of being another statistic from the list of people who've been scammed. Anybody else out there feel this way?

I ordered the book about a month ago, and I have to say that this is the best written book for the beginner real estate investor I have read, and I've read a few. The writing style gives me the confidence to try. The difference in thinking that this book express, ensures me that I'll be a real estate investor.

I recently purchased Dean's book and subsequently his coaching. I am paying 3200 for the coaching. I originally tried to back out of it because I really couldn't afford it, but they wouldn't let me because of the three day thingy. Well, they did offer to defer my payments for a couple of months, and they lowered my interest rates which effectively lowered my payment by more than a half. That said, I'm not too bothered by this because I'm going to make my five deals and get my money back. Lots of people have done it. Lots of people have done really well in this. The problem is people who don't follow through. If you follow the instructions, you will succeed. Plain and simple. And, BTW: Dean Enterprises is at an A- on the BBB site, not an F. Any questions?

I think that those infomercial superstars are all scammers but the methods in their books can be used to make a profit. Basically just do a lot of research on a method described in their book and go from there.

I just bought his books but have not had time to review them. I did have a friend look them over and I looked at a few of the emails that were sent (over 25 in a weeks time). My friend said something about a program that requires a 2K, 4K, or 6K investment then I see an email where he is talking about a program called set for life where he is "Sold Out" of spots "big red flag here" but out of the goodness of his heart he will open a few more because he feels bad for those that missed out

I've read all three of his books, got some calls from coaching and just haven't pulled the trigger. The information is good, but I think it's more of me just not being positive about it. Maybe I'll try their coaching and see if they can help me. There's no way that they have those testimonials because they don't help people out.
Maybe, just maybe, I'll step up to the plate.
P.S. The strategies do work and I've researched them, but I just need a little push in the right direction I think...

Hmmm. I have always been interested in real estate. Over the years I bought William J. McCorkel’s program, (the bozo who wound up in prison) Ron LeGrand and even that bald free and clear guy, but nothing ever seemed to work for me. It was really just too hard for me to figure the stuff out. A couple years ago I picked up Dean Graziosi’s first real estate book, the be a millionaire in real esate one at a garage sale. I has seen his face on TV but never really watched the infomercial. While it was easy and fun to read, it didn’t really seem to have any revelation knowledge. I’ve learned that having a book doesn’t make you a true expert anymore than having a penis makes you a real man, so I pretty much wrote him off as an effervescent guy who was passionate but not really able to show me the ‘way’. Then in April of this year, 2011 my sister sent me a copy of an article in her local south jersery paper, the courier post and it have a from page article about a lady named Carol Stinson who HAD saved her family from foreclosure by figuring out how to do wholesaling from the same friggen book I bought at that garage sale! So, maybe the problem was not the book but me. I found this site while doing a google search on Dean Graziosi scam and figured I would pipe in. I’m going to give him another look because maybe my assessment was a bit sophomoric at best and jaded at worst, and when I do I’ll post a follow –up cause maybe he is the real deal after all.

Dean is the real deal! He is labeled as a guru, but he is sincere and has a genuine interest in helping people. Dean never claimed his stuff is 'get rich quick' but he does make it look easy. It is a lot of hard work; however, HIS STUFF WORKS! He provides a free website that alone in of itself has so much valuable information in it. The information in his books and the website alone can have you making money, BUT ONLY IF YOU APPLY THE KNOWLEDGE. This isn't something you buy and expect to make money doing nothing. It is a lot of hard work, with exceptional rewards! One you do one deal, they get easier to do. It has a learning curve and you have to TAKE ACTION with the stuff taught. Dean WANTS you to succeed, that doesn't mean its easy, but he gives you so many tools to make your success possible. REI is not for the lighthearted who don't want to do any work. Dean's materials certainly lay out a path to follow and it will lead to success if one doesn't give up in the process, but giving up after 3 months is not going to get your anywhere. Dean has MANY successful student, including myself and I would recommend him and his materials to ANYONE. I even did the success academy, graduated and did my five deals for a full refund. He is the REAL DEAL, who actively is INVESTING in RE himself and not just out pushing the products. I give Dean an A+

Dean Graziosi is the real deal! I bought Dean's books in March 2009 and could have never imagined how dramatically it changed our lives. The books had so many great techniques, ideas and concepts that we experienced immediate success. If people are willing to put in the time and effort and are open minded to learn Dean's concepts and apply what they learn, they can experience success as well. I am so thankful for Dean and all the awesome information he shares. Believe and Achieve!

I bought Deans first book in April of 08, and it has changed my life. I am now doing real estate full time and living off the passive income! What it takes is for the reader/student to take what you learn and PUT IT INTO ACTION. Anyone can read a book, watch an infomercial, do nothing and then claim it doesnt work. But for those who learn and take action, the opportunities are endless. I have personally met Dean several times and he is a genuine, caring person who is sharing what he learned to help others. Does he make money int he process - of course! But he doesnt leave a trail of dissapointed people in his wake - he leaves a trail of successful students who then turn around and help each other. Visit his site and you will see for yourself!

Dean is THE REAL DEAL. He never promises overnight riches at all, but what he does teach is a way to improve your financial life through Real Estate Investing.

I bought Dean's books in 2010 and have been reading them and on his website since. Incredible information and help from all kinds of REI. He makes it look easy but does not tell you it will be. Nothing out there at is rewarding is. We have 4 deals in the works now with a few more in the hopper. If it wasn't for Dean and his people at the website, I wouldn't of pulled the trigger. Go check out his site and read the forums and ask folks questions before deciding anything about Dean and his program and about his character.

I ordered his book and wanted to return it. Customer service was terrible. It seemed every number I called, no one was able to help me. I finally spoke with a Jeremy Gabbert who gave me a RMA return authorization number and sent it back. I received a refund, BUT not for almost 2 weeks. I will never order from them again. Ive seen the commercial on late night tv a bunch of times and being a commercial real estate agent in manhattan, i was naturally curious. I didnt buy the book, but I did come across it in the public library and read it cover to cover. What dean is talking about in this book is called "assignment of contract deals" or "wholesale deals". Both of these deals DO work. Whether you think its a scam or not, thats up to you, but the information is very very good. Since then, I started a whole investment company and have a few other Investors working for me doing only wholesale deals. Its actually very easy and its safe. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either ignorant, scared of success, or just plain lazy. If youre one of these, then dont buy the book and I hope you enjoy your 9-5 making $40k a year. I am 26 years old and I have made well over a million dollars in real estate. this book is great. Get it.

One of my hobbies is studying human behavior. Its so interesting how people can justify any decision or action or lack of. If 100 people purchase a book on how to get rich, 90 will scan thru a few pages and put the book on a back shelf to get to it later. 10 people will read the entire book. 5 will determine that the methods might work and maybe someday they will try it. 5 will actually try the methods. 4 will give u at the first hurdle or speed bump. One person in that hundred will actually have the motivation, ambition and drive to become a millionair.
The other 99% thru lack of action will never succeed at anything. I got Deans books and I've done a few deals and working on some more. I know the most important thing to success is your mindset. If your desperate, Hungry and believe in yourself, you can succeed. Or you can make many excuses why it wont work. Your choice.
